Pricing & Financing
Nobody enjoys calling five companies just to hear "it depends." Here's how our pricing works, what typical jobs cost, and how to get your exact number — free.
How our pricing works
Every job gets a written price before work begins. For repairs, the technician diagnoses the system first, then quotes the fix — you approve it before we touch a part. For installations and replacements, the in-home quote is free, itemized, and carries no obligation.
Typical price ranges
The ranges below are typical for the South Florida market and are meant to help you budget — your written quote is the exact number, and it's free. Final pricing depends on equipment, access, ductwork, and permits.
AC Repairs
Common repairs (capacitors, contactors, drain lines, fan motors) typically run $150–$650 depending on the part and access. Major repairs like compressors or coils run higher — at which point we'll also show you the replacement math, honestly.
Maintenance & Tune-Ups
A full residential tune-up typically runs $90–$180. Twice-a-year service agreements cost less per visit and include priority scheduling. Commercial maintenance is quoted per equipment survey.
New Systems & Replacement
A complete residential system replacement typically runs $5,500–$12,000+ depending on size, efficiency rating, and duct condition. Your free in-home quote pins it down exactly — with options at more than one price point.
Spreading out the cost
A failed AC rarely waits for a convenient month. If you need to spread out the cost of a repair or a new system, call us at (305) 826-1354 and we'll talk through the payment options available for your project before you commit to anything.
